[Day 5] Mrs. Yanti's Class

Today is Mrs. Yanti’s class. Unfortunately I can’t attended the class. I am in Bandung to meet my lecturer to report my thesis progress. My thesis is about Mathematical game for Junior High School, named Vidyanusa. It is a game about a boy who lost in another world named Vidyanusa. The boy can back to his world if he can help tribal chief (Kepala Suku) save a Vidyanusa from Asura Pataka’s crime. He should complete missions about mathematic.

A whole contents are adapted from curriculum 2013 was packaged in a game. Total missions in this game are 24 missions which represent mathematics topic in Junior High School. For example one mission is about triangle and square. The boy should help tribal chief to make a dam by collect different crystals and put them in a right place. The mission completed if each crystal put in a right place. Then the boy will get score.

My lecturer gave appreciation about the progress and tell our team to complete the next step, apply all concepts to a real game so we can decide whether is good or not to go to the next step. He gave our team to complete the task in 10 days. Wish us luck! 

I’m regret I can’t came to SEAMOLEC today, but I know the updates from WhatsApp group from my friends. They said they learn about Radix software. I’m so curious about it, so I hope I can attend in the next Mrs.Yanti’s class. See you next week :)
